MEET LAURA EL

 

I didn’t create RECODE from theory.

 

I created it by living it.

 

I was the experiment, the student, and the teacher. I had to learn how the beliefs, emotions, habits, and survival patterns I carried were directing my life without me even realizing it.

 

Once I could recognize those patterns, I could decide what stayed, what changed, and what I wanted to create next. That’s how RECODE was born.

 

My approach is direct, compassionate, and practical. I’m not here to tell you how to live or make you dependent on me. I’m here to help you understand what has been directing your life, strengthen your trust in yourself, and intentionally choose what comes next.
